Terms and Conditions
1. Interpretation
1.1 In these terms and conditions the “company” means Speedifix Pools and the “buyer” is any person(s) buying in goods or services from the Company. “Goods” means any equipment, installation or other service provided by the company and sold under any contract to which theses terms and conditions apply.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices quoted by the company are based upon the cost of supply at the date of quotation and the company reserves the right to alter or vary its items prior to delivery. Prices are exclusive of VAT and Delivery (unless otherwise stated)
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery dates are approximate and the company is not liable for failure to deliver by said dates or for any loss or damage in delivery. Delivery is by Road transport or carrier. Express delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.
3.2 Delivery is usually between 2-3 days
3.3 Orders will be dispatched from stock on a Next Day Carrier service, subject to availability.
3.4 Some products are made to order and delivery will be at the earliest opportunity.
3.5 The Company will only consider claims for damaged or wrongly sent goods if notice is given verbally within 3 days of receiving the goods and in writing within 7 days of same clearly identifying the reason(s) for the claim(s) by the Buyer.
4. Carriage
4.1 Carriage is charged on all orders (unless stated otherwise) This will be a minimum of £15 +VAT. The customer will be notified of any special or additional charges or costs before the order is dispatched. The company’s policy is to minimize the charges for carriage where possible.
5. Returns
5.1 It is our policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If, However, any items fail to satisfy, please notify us immediately. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, and the items have been returned to us in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item/items.
5.2 If you want to return an item/items, please re-package the goods securely and send them back to us within seven working days of the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
5.3 If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will be happy to refund you for the returned items (excluding postage and packaging) providing they are returned within seven working days of receipt, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.
5.4 Returned items ordered incorrectly, may incur a restocking charge of 20%- details on request.
5.5 Claims for non-delivery, part delivery or damage must be advised in writing within 7 days of dispatch. Customers are requested to include a copy of our delivery note or invoice, as proof of purchase.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Orders made by the buyer may only be cancelled with the Company’s consent and in the event of any such cancellation the company shall still be entitled to be paid any costs, losses or damages incurred with regard to the order.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Company does not store any Buyer financial details
7.2 The Company may use your contact details to forward any Company Promotions.
